Now, lets stop this Anti Terrorist Certificate Nonsense:
Dear Patrick,
I am getting worried about our business. I contacted the embassy
to get some information on the World Anti Terrorist Organization and
the ANTI TERRORIST CERTIFICATE. They had never heard of these, and could
not help me.
Tell me what is going on. Is it a secret Nigerian organization,
or what is it? What is the purpose of the organization, and what is
the certificate used for?
Please come up with some reasonable explanation, or get your friend
Edward to help you.
Have a nice day, ...

Dear Miss Young.
Thanks for your mail and your question as well.Anti Terrorist Certificate
is a certificate that shows that the fund is not a terrorist fund coming
to your bank account. If the money gets into your account the American
government will ask or suspect the fund as terrorist money. As you can
understand in this world how terrorist are destroying some of the nations,
including United States of America too. They never gets to do that except
some one sponsored them and the money gets through some one account
in other to finalize their mission.
So, Miss Young. This explanation will convince you a lot. Please don't
have any bias mind over this, all is well. As soon as this payment of
$1600 is paid, you will get to know what I really mean, we don't have
enough time for this. God knows that I really want this transaction
to end this month. Please try your possible best. I will be looking
forward to hear from you soon, bye.
Yours Sincerely,
Barr. Patrick David.
NB: Why must you contact the embassy at the first place, once you know
that this involve money coming to your account. This transaction is very
confidencial please. I have called your number so many times and it
was switched to answering machine.I wanted to explain some things to
you. Please you can call me on my direct line > 234-803-315-9764.

I really want this transaction to be concluded this month. As soon as
the money is sent the certificate will be retrieved from the organisation.
Please try much as you can so that we can achieve this goal. I'm still

Dearest Patrick, I dont think you take me serios about my WATO questions.
I have not been able to locate any american authority that knows
of, or would require an Anti Terrorist Certificate. If you do, please
inform me.
If WATO exist, where is their headquarters? And how can a Nigerian
office determine whether the fund is not terrorist related?
Finally, you should not be worried about me contacting the embassy
and other authorities. Of course I dont mention anything about our business.
Besides, you told me that this is a legitimate arrangement that will
protect me from any breach of law.
Hope to hear from you soon, ...

Dear Miss Young
Infant I don't want this transaction to be delayed. Let me ask a question,
did you remember the September 11 attack in United States? Because of
that no money can come to United States without that certificate. Or
do you have any other country where you want the bank to transfer the
money apart from United States? Please tell me, on that I don't think
we need that certificate any more.
You shouldn't have a bias mind over this which I have told you before.
Please do send the money so that we can obtain the certificate, as soon
as I obtained it I will surely send the copy to you, this is to show
you that I'm not praying pranks. I will be looking forward to hear from
you as soon as possible, bye.
Yours Sincerely,
Barr. Patrick David.

Back to the bank:
Dear Stanley, I am glad you are back. How was Japan?
I dont like the tone in your email. Maybe you find it funny. I certainly
do not. It is my money you are fooling around with!
I just followed the orders your collegue Edwards order to send you
$5000. How was I to know that he had forgotten to give me some information?
And the whole time I had Patrick breathing down my neck.
I also dont understand why you raise the amount to $6000? And since
you are a bank, why should money be transferred via Western Union? BTW
you forgot to inform me about the banks IBAN/SWIFT/SORTCODES. What are
they?
Hope to hear from you soon, ...
