Thank you for your response, I am ashamed to ask you this, but I must be careful, please forgive me.
I don't mean to be rude, or anything, but a friend warned me of a scam, where people contact you, say that they have money for you, and are really just trying to get your account number, and to take out founds from your account.
I was looking for information on what you were telling me on the Web, and know that there is a town in the Ivory Coast as you said.
I also found your husbands name and the same story, but it was over a year ago 10-17-2004..
I am a disabled Veteran as well, and only get a little bit of money a month, enough to live somewhat comfortably on, but not enough to get scammed even once, because most of my money is going to pay bills.
Now the difference in this one, and the other one is the amount is 2.5 million, versus 1.2 million, though in both you said that you had 8 months to live, though I am glad that if you wrote that other e-mail as well, that you are still around, how does this work, do I have to give you my account number here in the states to authorize the transfer, because I only have like less than $8.00 in the account now?
I know that a true Christian would understand my inquire, and my caution, to make sure that this is a legitimate offer, I am also saving your e-mails on my account with AOl.

I also should have broken my neck at age 16, because I went head first into the windshield of our 1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, and should have broken my neck, because I went head first into the windshield, and have a 5 inch fracture from the bottom of my left eyebrow all the way to the top of my head, and only just managed to get my hand up to cover my face, or it could have been allot worse, which I only had a few seconds to react, because I lost control of the vehicle that I was driving, when we were going around a sharp curve, because I was vainly trying to prove that I could handle the car to my step-brother, and going over 60 m.p.h., or 120 Kilometers I think, and the car went off an embankment, and crashed front end first into the ground, I think that there may have also been an animal in the road, but I have no real memory of the event, which my step-brother survived without a scratch on him, I guess he held onto the seat, because neither one of us had on a seat belt, and I was probably frozen in terror, and only had time to think, Oh God, don't let me die.

I went over there myself when I was in the Navy, shortly after the Persian Gulf War, we helped rebuild schools, and all of that.

My own research, and warning about trying to trick me, into giving them extra money.

Hello to you, I see that you are busy at the moment, I know that it is around 10:22 P.M. there.
I did some checking, and though it will require a small fee normally to transfer money, an international Fee according to my new Bank is only $10.00 for an incoming transfer, though an outgoing is only $30.00.
Now unless your bank charges allot more than that, then we might be in business, but if they charge more, and most honest banks will just take the money out of the account that they are transferring from, or into, but if this is a scam, then you will set up a false account and act like I am transferring the money to you, which I am not authorizing here.
I do not authorize you or your bank to remove any money from my account to pay for the transfer of money.
You can take it from your account only.
If you have 1.2 million dollars this should not be a problem.
I will inform my bank when I hear from your bank that there will be a wire transfer from your bank into mine.
I am not in no rush, because the Lord seems to be blessing you to hold on.
I watched my Aunt die of cancer, and I know how it works!!
My Uncle lasted for awhile when it was discovered that he had a brain tumor.
My Step Brother also had a Brain Tumor which caused him epilepsy, and was in the hospital for a few times, which I would go to the chapel and prayed for him, and also have the gift of tongues, and prayed for him to recover in tongues, and he did.
Though he later on died of the disease he let me know that he was ready to pass on, and I let him go, he knew that I was coming to either heal him, or let him go on to be with the Lord. I went and spoke with his mom one last time, and assured her that he would be with God and Jesus in paradise.
If I need to I will add another $5.00 to my account.

Hello, I don't hold you accountable fore what Carlos said, but he sounded like Richard Nixon, or Tricky Dicky as they called him. He seemed unwilling to work with me, and I know that something isn't quite right on his end of things, he couldn't even give me a Fax number for the Bank, which is a standard practice when dealing with other Banks, is to have a Fax machine, so that clients can send you Identification over the Fax.

Now no one should give anyone there account information, I noticed on your receipt that you didn't give the account number either, so why should I give you mine, if this is legit there should be away to give me your account number, me call the Bank, and verify, that the money is actually in the account, and the Bank would have both a regular phone, and a Fax number, with an account Manager, and a President of the Bank that I can contact, which would also be at 2 different departments, and numbers?

Now if you seen the Movie Ghosts, you can take the money out of the account, and make it into a Casher's Check.
What this means is that you give the Bank permission to take out the funds that they need to send the check to me, and empty the account.
Again if you were really Mrs. Hanis, you would understand everything that I said, and why.
You would order Carlos to close the account from Kuwait, which by the way, your e-mails have French, on them, and not Arabic, just as mine would have American, and not French, so I know that the scam, is being ran out of the Ivory Coast, which both French and English are used there.
You got a girl who could write English very good, if this were a scam.

Now if it takes Insurance, which is another way that the scam artist try to get you, by saying I can only give you like $1,000.00, but you have to pay insurance on it, they send you the check and then you pay the insurance, which the Check is no good, because there isn't actual money on the account, so I wind up paying the insurance, and losing the money that I sent to you to cover the Insurance, again I know about this scam as well, so if you are really Mrs. Hanis, then you would simply close the account, have Mr. Tosi, to issue a Cashier's check in my name, and to send it directly to me in the amount of at least 1.198 million dollars.
See you cover the cost of Insurance to get the money to me, not me the cost to get it to you.
You have the money right? Again, if so that is how you would do it.
I should probably contact the U.S. Embassy in the Ivory Coast, and the Police there to tell them that there may be a scam being ran out of that country and alert other Americans, and Foreigners of the possible scam.

Now again Mrs. Sarah Hanis, if you are a real Christian you will know that I speak the truth.
If not then you are a scam artist, and if you keep doing this, both you and Carlos will become lost to God, and serve out your sentence in torment, until the resurrection of the unjust, where God may give you one more chance to change your ways, before casting you both alive into the Lake of Fire both body and soul, and you burn with Satan, or Lucifer forever.

You are greedy people, and God knows it, and I don't have the money to give you.

Another problem is you are giving me an old statement from Feb, 11, 2003, it's Nov. 16, 2005, if you send me a valid account statement, and I mean a recent one, then I would believe you, and give my account number to you.

I am having to look at this as 2 different possibilities, either it is legitimate, or a scam, which the Bank is either making it appear like a scam, because if you don't name a beneficiary and die, then they get the money, when you die, but if you name me beneficiary then there is nothing that they can do.

So go ahead and name me beneficiary and contact me as soon as you do so, and I will believe you.
I can give you my account number, and you give it to them as well, right if this weren't a scam, send me proof that the money is still in the account, and I will send you my account information as well.
